Training is in a classroom setting, with a mix of practical work on clients, written work, workshops, and group discussion. Assessment includes project work, demonstration of skills & participation in discussions and debates, written assessment and presentations. Students are also required to participate in a role play in our salon, coordinating the day-to-day operation, planning, monitoring, evaluating the work of the team and assisting with client services.
