Course Description

This dynamic program offers a range of exciting skills that enables our graduates as make-up artists to design and apply make-up for a range of purposes and occasions across the beauty, fashion, media and entertainment industries.

This training provides both professional and fundamental skills and knowledge for photographic events such as weddings, formals, make-up counter demonstrations or photographic shoots including airbrushed make-up, eyelash extensions and cosmetic tanning services. You will develop the skills and confidence to work on other students and clients under professional supervision.

Pre-requisite: You must have completed Year 10 to start this course, however special entry may be granted under exceptional circumstances.
Requirements: All applicants must be a minimum age of 15

Training is in a classroom setting, with a mix of practical work on clients, written work, workshops, and group discussion. Assessment includes project work, demonstration of skills & participation in discussions and debates, written and oral tests and presentations. All skills assessment, will be required to be carried out on paying members of the public.
